Have you ever been typing away on your laptop, only to find that your ‘U’, ‘I’, and ‘O’ keys have suddenly started typing numbers instead of letters? Finding the Elusive Num Lock Key

Restart your laptop and press the key to enter setup (often F2, Del, or Esc) as it boots. Inside the menu, look for a “Boot” or “Advanced” option related to the Num Lock state and set it to “Off” to prevent the issue in the future.
